We use the PayPal platform to process our payments.
You have the option of either using your own PayPal account to pay, or you can process your order with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) via the PayPal payment page.
Upon reaching the Checkout you will be guided through the Payment process.
First you will need to set up a Pagoda Kingdom Customer Account. This requires your name, email address and shipping address so that we can send you your payment receipts, shipping update information and the order itself.
Once you confirm the personal details are correct, you will see a review of your order, including any shipping charges, and you can input any relevant discount codes. This will give your final order balance.
Next you will be taken to the PayPal processing page. Here you can either log in with your own PayPal account details to process your payment, OR you can choose the 'Pay with Debit Card or Credit Card Option' which will take you straight to the PayPal Guest Checkout page.
Here you need to input your credit card details and the payment will be processed accordingly. All card details are kept secure and confidential with PayPal. We do not see your card details. You will need to input the correct billing address for your card so that the transaction can go through.
Once the transaction is cleared you will receive an email order confirmation and subsequent shipping information and updates.
